1. Parotid腮腺
Location: On the top of the antitragus.
Indications: Mumps, pruritus, neurodermatitis.
2. Brain Stem脑干
Location: On the notch between antitragus and antihelix.
Indications: (1)Relax convulsion for Infantile convulsions, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, facial spasm; (2)Bronchitis, dry cough; (3)High fever.
3. Pituitary (Midpoint of Rim)脑垂体
Location: At the midpoint between Parotid and the intertragic notch.
Indications: (1)Endocrinal dysfunction, inc. diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism; (2)Women’s illness, inc. irregular menstruation, functional uterine bleeding; (3)Urogenital disorders, inc. nocturnal enuresis, impotence; (4)Hypotension; (5)Haemorrhage.
4. Forehead额
Location: On the midpoint of the anterioinferior portion of the external side of the antitragus.
Indications: A main point to make clear-headed, inc. dizziness, heaviness of the head, poor memory, scatterbrained, insomnia, dream-disturbed sleep, depression; blurred vision, hypertension.
5. Temple颞
Location: On the midpoint of the lower border of the external side of the antitragus.
Indications: Sharpens the ear, for loss of hearing, tinnitus; migraine.
6. Occiput枕
Location: On the midpoint of the posterosuperior border of the external side of the antitragus.
Indications: (1) A main point for dizziness;(2) A main point to calm, used in combination with Ear Shenmen; (3) A main point for twitches, inc. epileptic attack, facial spasm, trembling; (3)Occipital pain; (4)Brighten eyes.
7. Vertex顶
Location: 0.15 cm inferior and posterior to Occiput.
Indications: Pain at the vertex.
8. Panting-Calming Point平喘
Location: 0.2cm inferior and posterior to Parotid.
Indications: Cough, asthma.
9. Dizziness Area晕区
Location: At the triangular area among Pituitary, Brain Stem, and the midpoint of Pituitary and Occiput.
Indications: Dizziness, esp. that caused by cervical spondylosis.
10. Neurasthenia Area神经衰弱区
Location: At the area among Occiput, Vertex and the lower border of Cervical Vertebrae.
Indications: Insomnia.

11. Ovary卵巢
Location: At the junction of the intertragic notch and antitragus.
Indications: Irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, sterility, menopausal syndrome, ovaritis.
12. Thalamus (hypothalamus)丘脑
Location: At the lower end of the midline of the medial side of the antitragus.
Indications: Regulate body’s temperature, food intake and endocrine for obesity, edema, endocrine dysfunction.
13. Testicle睾丸
Location: On the line between Parotid and Thalamus, appx. 0.2 cm inferior to Parotid.
Indications: Testitis, epididymitis, impotence, infertility, prostatitis.
14. Excitement Point兴奋点
Location: On the midpoint between Testicle and Thalamus.
Indications: A main point to excite, ex. nocturnal enuresis, obesity, impotence, hypothyroidism, amenorrhea.
15. Subcortex皮质下
Location: On the lower section of the medial side of the antitragus. It can be further divided into three zones, i.e. Subcortex 1 (Neural Subcortex), Subcortex 2 (Digestive Subcortex) and Subcortex 3 (Cardiovascular Subcortex).
Indications: A main point for dysfunction of subcortex, inc. insomnia, anxiety, withdrawal syndrome; digestive disorders, ex. vomiting, gastric pain, diarrhea, constipation; cardiovascular problems, ex. Hypertension, Raynaud’s disease.
16. Brain脑
Location: On the upper section of the medial side of antitragus.
Indications: A main point for cerebral diseases,inc. arteriosclerosis, sequelae of wind stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, mental retardation.
