Introduction to the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Courses
At present, we provide two kinds of acupuncture training courses for short-term foreign students and professionals, a 3-month basic training course and 1 week to 2-month advanced training course. In order to improve the quality of teaching and training, the lectures are presented by the experienced teachers of the School of Acupuncture & Moxibustion of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, as well as researchers and practitioners from other hospitals and institutes at Beijing, the students will practise at the affiliated clinics of the school as well as acupuncture clinics of other hospitals at Beijing.
Application Procedure
Both individual and group of applicants are acceptable. One should submit the following documents to the International Acupuncture Training Office 2 months prior to the start of the training session.
1. One’s resume or an introduction to the group.
2. Subjects and main contents for study (study plan)
Enrollment procedure
Travel Visa is applicable for the students who prepare to stay in China less than 3 months. And the Visa can usually be extended for one more month.
Certification
After the training course, the students who pass an exam will get a certification issued by the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Center, or a certificate by Wangjing Hospital, which is affiliated to the China Academy of Chinese Medicine.
Cost

2. Living cost: 20 US dollars/one or two-person (inc. bathroom, TV, air conditioner, and telephone); A rented apartemt is available, around 300-350 US dollars per month.
3. Eating cost: 5 ～10 US dollars/per day
