Author
Zhao Ji-ping is currently the chief physician, medical professor and doctoral supervisor in Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion at the Dongzhimen Hospital affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Professor Zhao has been practicing in clinic, teaching and conducting scientific studies for many years. She has gained numerous awards in lecture competitions at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Professor Zhao mainly uses traditional acupuncture and moxibustion methods and has achieved satisfactory results in treatment of pain syndromes, mental and psychiatric disorders, motor disorders, gynecological illnesses and dermatological diseases.
